Check-ins and check-outs are limited to our business hours of  7-10 am and 4-6 pm.

You are required to provide evidence of rabies, distemper, and bordetella. You may email, fax, or bring the records with you.  We will not be able to process your check-in without them.

We are closed for people traffic on major holidays.  We limit our activity to pet care only.  Your check in period will need to be the day prior.

We established a  48 hour cancellation policy in 2010.   You will be billed for 48 hours of your stay unless we have time to open your spot up to new callers.  Please contact us 48 hours in advance to cancel your stay.  You are also required to contact us 48 hours in advance for a pick up day earlier than your initial request. 

All pets must arrive on leash or in a pet carrier.  We are unable to leave our facility to retrieve a pet at large. You will be responsible for catching your pet if you allow them to roam off leash. For the safety of all, please have control of your pets.

If you arrive without dog food, we provide Iams Veterinary Formula.  This intestinal specialty food will not cause stomach upset.  The charge for this food is $1.50 a day per dog.
